<p>Gone are the days when complimentary therapy was just something that hippies tried, that was back in the nineteen sixties. It is now actually quite hip and trendy to attend these types of treatments and what&#8217;s more they do work.</p>

<p> The favourite of these complimentary therapy treatments for me personally has to be an Indian Head Massage. Even though I am very happy it has to be said that I lead quite a hectic life. Having an Indian head massage once a month is a little treat for myself and is a chance for my muscles to become a little less tense.</p>
<p> I also, perhaps once every three months, attend a reflexology treatment. I have to admit that I was quite wary when I first attended reflexology as the thought of another person messing about with my feet was nothing something that particularly inspired me. In the end, I must admit, that I enjoyed every minute of it and I even booked another session prior to leaving to go home.</p>
<p> As for cost, I personally feel that it is quite cheap, an Indian head massage at my local natural health centre is only £25, this is for a treatment which lasts about an hour.</p>
<p> I am now starting to become quite adventurous and guess what form of alternative therapy I have booked myself in for next week? Aromatherapy &#8211; I will write another article to let you all know how it went.</p>
